During these 30 days, with intention, purpose and commitment, you will fortify your actions towards making healthier choices in your day-to-day lives. We honor your willingness and courage to commit to yourself in this process.
You can choose your level of play.
While this is a set program, please also know that this can be as simple as you need it to be, or as deep as you want it to be. It can be personalized to meet your individual health needs and goals. The goal is to help you facilitate change at a level that suits you! We have gathered a team of experts to guide this program who collectively have years of experience. Their areas of expertise range from Naturopathic physicans, Chinese medicine, essential oils, and mindset coaching through small changes to support long lasting change.
We love this program because we can eat food! There are many cleanses out there that are liquid based; juicing, blended, fasting or shakes only This cleanse is based in whole foods. We recommend doing a mixture of cooked foods, big pots of homemade soups, salads as well as limited juicing and making smoothies too. We are in Winter, our coldest months and need to keep our inner fire burning with warm cooked foods. Salads and smoothies and occasional juicing are welcome if your digestive fire is working well. This is a powerful time to strengthen your physical body and clear out the unwanted toxins and residue. The holidays are just around the corner so it’s a good time to anchor in a healthy eating routine and create habits to support our body shedding the old, and welcoming the new post holiday intensity.
2. HABITS & BEHAVIORS
We often have habits we would like to break or behaviors we would like to incorporate into our daily lives, but we don’t get around to doing it. This will give you the opportunity to experiment with breaking that habit or experimenting with a new behavior for thirty days and see if it works for you. These may include examining our relationship to media, electronics, gossip, exercise, sleep, just to name a few.
One of the key areas to cleanse and renew in order for transformation to occur is our mindset. This involves the ideas and narratives that we have about health, wellness, success, and the language which we use to tell ourselves these stories. Some people choose a cleanse like this to focus predominantly on creating healthier eating, while others want to also examine their habits and behaviors (sleep, technology, language, gossip, media). Still others want to go all the way and also take a deeper look at the thoughts and narratives that are creating their experiences.
